Clean Hands- Healthy Students

Proper hand washing technique is the number one preventive measure to avoid colds and flu. Please teach your children to wash their hands thoroughly while singing the "Happy Birthday Song." At school, we encourage the children to sneeze into their elbow helping to decrease that hand to hand germ spread. Lastly please remember to encourage a good night's rest and nutritional breakfast.

These examinations are valid within one year prior to the student's entrance into the grade in which the exam is required and to be returned to the nurse's office by October 15th. If your child's exam is scheduled for after October 15th please call the health suite at 215-853-1462 and please notify us of the scheduled appointment date.

Physical exams are required in Kindergarten and 6th grade.

Dental exams are required in Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 7th grade.

Emergency Forms

The emergency forms need to be updated via the North Penn web site through home access. Please inform the school of any phone number changes or changes in health status. This is extremely important as the nurses rely on updated numbers to reach parents/guardians in case of illness or an emergency.
